Processing under customs control.

Authorization for processing under customs control shall be granted at the request of the person who carries out the processing or arranges for it to be carried out.

Therefore, the various inward processing procedures under the drawback system andthe suspension system and the processing under customs control should be merged into a single procedure of inward processing.
Where goods already in a free zone or free warehouse are placed under the inward processing procedure or the procedure for processing under customs control, the local clearance procedure referred to in Article 276 shall apply.
