If it is true that Raus had conveyed his desire to resign as early as May 15, 2018, Daim should have known about it and there was no necessity to summon Raus and demand his resignation.
Therefore, I am of the view that the appointment of Tan Sri Md Raus, will greatest respect to him, for a further period of three years after he has attained the age of 66 years and six months, is unconstitutional.
