They were overtaken by a curse in this world, and(they shall be cursed) on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, Aad disbelieved in their Lord. Gone are Aad, the nation of Hood!
എന്നാല്‍ ഐഹികജീവിതത്തിലും ഉയിര്‍ത്തെഴുന്നേല്‍പുനാളിലും ശാപം അവരെ പിന്തുടരും. അറിയുക: ആദ് ജനത തങ്ങളുടെ നാഥനെ തള്ളിപ്പറഞ്ഞു. അതിനാല്‍, ഹൂദിന്റെ ജനതയായ ആദിന് നാശം!

Aad denied; and how[severe] were My punishment and warning.
ആദ് സമുദായം( സത്യത്തെ) നിഷേധിച്ചു കളഞ്ഞു. എന്നിട്ട് എന്‍റെ ശിക്ഷയും എന്‍റെ താക്കീതുകളും എങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നു.( എന്ന് നോക്കുക.).

And they were[therefore] followed in this world with a curse and[as well] on the Day of Resurrection. Unquestionably,'Aad denied their Lord; then away with'Aad, the people of Hud!
എന്നാല്‍ ഐഹികജീവിതത്തിലും ഉയിര്‍ത്തെഴുന്നേല്‍പുനാളിലും ശാപം അവരെ പിന്തുടരും. അറിയുക: ആദ് ജനത തങ്ങളുടെ നാഥനെ തള്ളിപ്പറഞ്ഞു. അതിനാല്‍, ഹൂദിന്റെ ജനതയായ ആദിന് നാശം!

And Aad, and Thamood, and the inhabitants of Arras, and many generations in between.
ആദ് സമുദായത്തേയും, ഥമൂദ് സമുദായത്തെയും, റസ്സുകാരെയും അതിന്നിടയിലായി അനേകം തലമുറകളേയും( നാം നശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്‌.).

And[We destroyed]'Aad and Thamud and the companions of the well and many generations between them.
ആദ് സമുദായത്തേയും, ഥമൂദ് സമുദായത്തെയും, റസ്സുകാരെയും അതിന്നിടയിലായി അനേകം തലമുറകളേയും( നാം നശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്‌.).

That was Aad; they denied the signs of their Lord, and defied His messengers, and followed the lead of every stubborn tyrant.
അതാണ് ആദ് ജനത. തങ്ങളുടെ നാഥന്റെ പ്രമാണങ്ങളെ അവര്‍ നിഷേധിച്ചു. അവന്റെ ദൂതന്മാരെ ധിക്കരിച്ചു. ധിക്കാരികളായ എല്ലാ സ്വേച്ഛാധിപതികളുടെയും കല്‍പന പിന്‍പറ്റുകയും ചെയ്തു.

Have you not heard what befell the nations that have gone before you? The nations of Noah, Aad, and Thamood, and those who came after? None knows them but Allah. Their Messengers came to them with clear signs, but they thrust their hands into their mouths and said:'Without doubt we disbelieve the Message you have been sent with. That which you call us to is disquieting'.
നൂഹിന്‍റെ ജനത, ആദ്‌, ഥമൂദ് സമുദായങ്ങള്‍, അവര്‍ക്ക് ശേഷമുള്ള അല്ലാഹുവിന്ന് മാത്രം( കൃത്യമായി) അറിയാവുന്ന ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവരെല്ലാം അടങ്ങുന്ന നിങ്ങളുടെ മുന്‍ഗാമികളെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള വര്‍ത്തമാനം നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വന്നുകിട്ടിയില്ലേ? നമ്മുടെ ദൂതന്‍മാര്‍ വ്യക്തമായ തെളിവുകളും കൊണ്ട് അവരുടെ അടുക്കല്‍ ചെന്നു. അപ്പോള്‍ അവര്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ കൈകള്‍ വായിലേക്ക് മടക്കിക്കൊണ്ട്‌, നിങ്ങള്‍ ഏതൊന്നുമായി അയക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നുവോ, അതില്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ അവിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങള്‍ ഞങ്ങളെ ഏതൊന്നിലേക്ക് ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നുവോ അതിനെപ്പറ്റി ഞങ്ങള്‍ അവിശ്വാസജനകമായ സംശയത്തിലാണ് എന്ന് പറയുകയാണ് ചെയ്തത്‌.

Aad and Thamood, it has become clear to you from their dwellings; satan made their works seem fair to them and barred them from the Path, although they saw clearly.
ആദ്, സമൂദ് സമൂഹങ്ങളെയും നാം നശിപ്പിച്ചു. അവരുടെ പാര്‍പ്പിടങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കത് വ്യക്തമായി മനസ്സിലായിട്ടുണ്ടാകുമല്ലോ. അവരുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളെ പിശാച് അവര്‍ക്ക് ഏറെ ചേതോഹരങ്ങളായി തോന്നിപ്പിച്ചു. സത്യമാര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് പിശാച് അവരെ തടയുകയും ചെയ്തു. സത്യത്തിലവര്‍ ഉള്‍ക്കാഴ്ചയുള്ളവരായിരുന്നു.

And to'Aad[We sent] their brother Hud. He said,"O my people, worship Allah; you have no deity other than Him. You are not but inventors[of falsehood].
ആദ് ജനതയിലേക്ക് അവരുടെ സഹോദരനായ ഹൂദിനെയും( നാം നിയോഗിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി.) അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: എന്‍റെ ജനങ്ങളേ, നിങ്ങള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിനെ ആരാധിക്കുക. നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അവനല്ലാതെ യാതൊരു ദൈവവുമില്ല. നിങ്ങള്‍ കെട്ടിച്ചമച്ച് പറയുന്നവര്‍ മാത്രമാകുന്നു.
