The arrangements for implementing this Regulation,including measures for adaptation to economic and technical developments, in particular.
For adjustment to economic and technical developments in the collection and statistical processing of data, as well as the processing and the transmission of results;

As regards Regulation(EEC) No 696/93,powers should be conferred on the Commission in particular to adapt the Annex to economic and technical developments.

The Commission shall inform the Committee for Monetary, Financial and Balance of Payments Statistics about the implementation of this module and about all measures for adjustment to economic and technical developments concerning the collectionand statistical processing of data, the processing and transmission of results.
In particular, these shall include measures:( a) for adjustment to economic and technical developments in the collection and statistical processing of data, as well as the processing and the transmission of results;
In implementing this Regulation, the Commission shall request the opinion of the Committee on Monetary, Financial and Balance of Payments Statistics(CMFB) established by Council Decision 91/115/EEC[16]. on all matters falling within that committee's competence,notably about all measures for adjustment to economic and technical developments concerning the collectionand statistical processing of data, the processing and transmission of results.
Whereas for the application of this Directive,including the arrangements to adapt it to economic and technical developments, recourse should be had to the Statistical Programme Committee set up pursuant to Council Decision 89/382/EEC, Euratom(5);
As regards Regulation(EC) No 1165/98, powers should in particular be conferred on the Commission to approve and implement the European sample schemes, to adapt the Annexes and to determine the measures for implementing this Regulation,including the measures to accommodate economic and technical developments concerning the collectionand statistical processing of data and the transmission of the variables.
The measures necessary for the implementation of this Regulation,including measures to take account of economic and technical developments concerning the collection, transmission and processing of the data, shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 143.
Article 11 Co-operation with the Committee on Monetary, Financial and Balance of Payments Statistics In implementing this Regulation, the Commission shall request the opinion of the Committee on Monetary, Financial and Balance of Payments Statistics( CMFB) established by Council Decision 91/115/ EEC 16.o n all matters falling within that committee 's competence,notably about all measures for adjustment to economic and technical developments concerning the collectionand statistical processing of data, the processing and transmission of results.
The measures necessary for the implementation of this Regulation,including measures to take account of economic and technical developments concerning the collection, transmission and processing of the data, shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 7 2.
The Commission shall inform the Insurance Committee about the implementation of this module and about all measures for adjustment to economic and technical developments concerning the collectionand statistical processing of data, the processing and transmission of results.
This cooperation, which shall be in addition to assistance from the Member States,shall involve financial and technical development assistance and economic cooperation.
