Specific agreements concluded on matters dealt with in this Article between the Community and one or more third countries.
It can be anticipated that more third countries are likely to request the provision of PNR data from air carriers operating flights from the EU.

In this Decision,"liaison officer" means a representative of one of the Member States,posted abroad by a law enforcement agency to one or more third countries or to international organisations to establish and maintain contacts with the authorities in those countries or organisations with a view to contributing to preventing or investigating criminal offences.
In pursuance of an international agreement concluded between a Member State and one or more third countries and covering services intended for the joint implementation or exploitation of a project by the signatory States; any agreement shall be communicated to the Commission, which may consult the Advisory Committee for Public Contracts set up by Council Decision 71/306/EEC(7);
Should the Council decide to adjust the volumes and other conditions of those quota arrangements,in particular by a decision to approve an agreement with one or more third countries, the resulting adjustments to this Regulation shall subsequently be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 27 of Regulation(EEC) No 805/68 or in the corresponding Articles of the other Regulations on the common organization of the markets concerned.
Pursuant to an international agreement concluded in conformity with the Treaty between a Member State and one or more third countries and covering supplies or works intended for the joint implementation or exploitation of a work by the signatory States or services intended for the joint implementation or exploitation of a project by the signatory States.
Where a shipment of waste takes place within the Community, including shipments between localities in the same Member State,with transit via one or more third countries, and the waste is destined for disposal, the competent authority of dispatch shall, in addition to the provisions of this Title, ask the competent authority in the third countries whether it wishes to send its written consent to the planned shipment.
