In the Format section, enable the“Custom export format” option.
Then select HTML or Plain Text in the Message format section, and click the OK button.

In the Save messages as other files dialog box, please(1) click the Browse button to specify the destination folder you will save the HTML files,(2)only check the HTML format option in the Select Save file format section, and then(3) click the OK button.
In this dialog,select the recipient name format you want to insert under Insert recipient's name in this format section, and you can preview the result in the Preview section after select a name format. .
Then in the PivotTable Options dialog, under Layout& Format tab,check For error values show option from the Format section, leave the text box blank, see screenshot.
