Уколико у том року Sunoko не обезбеди отуђење Дела бизниса, Повереник за надзор ће 4 најкасније 30( тридесет) дана пре истека Првог рока Комисији доставити образложено обавештење о неуспешном отуђењу и свим разумним мерама које су предузете у циљу отуђења, а Комисија ће утврдити да ли су предузете све разумне мере и у том случају дозволити продужење рока за додатну једну( 1) годину(" Додатни рок").
