If, in that period Sunoko does not carry out transfer of Part of business, Monitoring Trustee shall, at the latest 30(thirty) days prior to expiry of First time limit, provide the Commission with information explaining unsuccessful transfer and all reasonable steps taken aimed at transfer, and Commission shall establish whether all reasonable measures were taken and in that case, allow extension of time limit for one(1) additional year(' Additional time limit').
