You can create dynamic views of your content by using the Content Query Web Part.
What is the Content Query Web Part?
A content query can include words, quoted phrases, and terms that use keywords and properties.
The following example shows a Content Query Web Part that is displaying three videos.

They are very similar: the Content Query Web Part(CQWP) and the Content Search Web Part(CSWP).
