For the purposes referred to in points(a),(b) and(c) of paragraph 1, Member States may place additional sustainability requirements for biomass fuels.

Biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels produced from waste andresidues from agricultural land shall be taken into account for the purposes referred to in points(a),(b) and(c) of this paragraph only if measures have been taken by the operators to minimise negative impacts on soil quality and soil carbon.
For the purposes referred to in points(a),(b) and(c) of paragraph 1, Member States may place additional sustainability requirements for biomass fuels.
When evidence referred to in the first subparagraph is not available, the biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels produced from forestbiomass shall be taken into account for the purposes referred to in points(a),(b) and(c) of paragraph 1 if management systems are in place at supply base level to ensure that carbon stocks and sinks levels in the forest are maintained or increased.
When the purposes referred to in points(a) to(c) of paragraph 1 can be achieved without the use of personal data, such data shall not be used for those purposes, unless based on the consent of the data subject or Member State law.
However, biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels produced from waste and residues, other than agricultural, aquaculture, fisheries and forestry residues, are required to fulfil only the greenhouse gas emissions saving criteria laid down in paragraph 10 in order to be taken into account for the purposes referred to in points(a),(b) and(c) of the first subparagraph.
(c) the procedure has one of the purposes referred to in points(1),(2)(a),(3) and is undertaken with a view to the avoidance, prevention, diagnosis or treatment of life-threatening or debilitating clinical conditions in human beings or the purpose referred to in point(5) of Article 5;
Biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels produced from waste and residues derived not from forestry butfrom agricultural land shall be taken into account for the purposes referred to in points(a),(b) and(c) of the first subparagraph of paragraph 1 only where operators or national authorities have monitoring or management plans in place in order to address the impacts on soil quality and soil carbon.
Biofuels, bioliquids andbiomass fuels produced from agricultural biomass taken into account for the purposes referred to in points(a),(b) and(c) of the first subparagraph of paragraph 1 shall not be made from raw material obtained from land that was peatland in January 2008, unless evidence is provided that the cultivation and harvesting of that raw material does not involve drainage of previously undrained soil.
Biofuels, bioliquids andbiomass fuels produced from agricultural biomass taken into account for the purposes referred to in points(a),(b) and(c) of paragraph 1 shall not be made from raw material obtained from land that was peatland in January 2008, unless verifiable evidence is provided that the cultivation and harvesting of raw material does not involve drainage of previously undrained soil.
Any refusal to provide consent for the purposes detailed under points B and/or C above,does not result in any negative consequence regarding the purposes referred to in point A.
(a) if the rights and liabilities covered by the financial contract have been transferred to another entity, orthe bail-in tool has been applied to the institution under resolution for the purpose referred to in point(b) of Article 37(2):.
Member States shall ensure that resolutionauthorities may apply the bail-in tool for the purpose referred to in point(a) of paragraph 2 only if there is a realistic prospect that the application of that tool, in conjunction with measures implemented in accordance with the business reorganisation plan required by Article 47 will, in addition to achieving relevant resolution objectives, restore the institution in question to financial soundness and long-term viability.
The bail-in tool may be applied for the purpose referred to in point(a) of paragraph 1 only if there is a reasonable prospect that the application of that tool, together with other relevant measures including measures implemented in accordance with the business reorganisation plan required by paragraph 16 will, in addition to achieving relevant resolution objectives, restore the entity in question to financial soundness and long-term viability.
The bail-in tool may be applied for the purpose referred to in point(a) of paragraph 1 only if there is a realistic prospect that the application of that tool, in conjunction with measures implemented in accordance with the business reorganisation plan required by paragraph 16 will, in addition to achieving relevant resolution objectives, restore the institution in question to financial soundness and long-term viability.

The refusal of consent for the purposes described in point B,will not produce any negative for the purposes referred to in point A.
Any refusal of the agreement for the purposes illustrated in point Bwill not produce any negative impact for the purposes referred to in point A.
