کھلتے دروازے نے اُسے جھنجھوڑا اور اُس نے اپنی آنکھوں کا پانی صاف کیاIf Allah wishes to guide anyone, He opens his breast to Islam, and if He wishes to let anyone go astray He makes his breast closed and narrow, as if he had to climb up to the skies.
جس کی ہدایت کا اللہ ارادہ کرتا ہے تو اس کے سینہ کو کھول دیتا ہے اور جس کو گمراہ کرنا چاہتا ہے تو اس کے سینہ کو تنگ کر دیتا ہے گویا وہ آسمان پر چڑھ رہا ہےAnd whomsoever Allah wills to guide, He opens his breast to Islam; and whomsoever He wills to send astray, He makes his breast closed and constricted, as if he is climbing up to the sky”(I).

اور جسے اللہ ہدایت دینے کا ارادہکرتا ہے اس کا سینہ اسلام کے لئے کھول دیتا ہے اور جسے گمراہ کرنے کا ارادہ کر لیتا ہے اس کا سینہ نہایت تنگ کر دیتا ہے۔ گویا کہ وہ بلندی کی طرف چڑھ رہا ہے(اور) اسی طرح اللہ ان لوگوں پر جو ایمان نہیں لاتے عذاب نازل کرتا ہےThose whom Allah(in His plan) wills to guide,* He opens their mind to Islam; those whom He wills to leave astray,* He makes their chest closed and constricted, as if they had to climb up to the skies* thus does Allah(heap) the penalty upon those who refuse to believe.”.
اور جسے اللہ ہدایت دینے کا ارادہکرتا ہے اس کا سینہ اسلام کے لئے کھول دیتا ہے اور جسے گمراہ کرنے کا ارادہ کر لیتا ہے اس کا سینہ نہایت تنگ کر دیتا ہے۔ گویا کہ وہ بلندی کی طرف چڑھ رہا ہے(اور) اسی طرح اللہ ان لوگوں پر جو ایمان نہیں لاتے عذاب نازل کرتا ہےAnd whomsoever Allah wills to guide, He opens his breast to Islam, and whomsoever He wills to send astray, He makes his breast closed and constricted, as if he is climbing up to the sky.
