The Design of BloggingTips.

A quick look at the BloggingTips Archives shows I had posted more than once a day during March 2007.
Despite using a few different blogging platforms in the past, BloggingTips was launched using WordPress.
I always had long-term plans for BloggingTips though I had given consideration to selling the blog at the end of 2008.
I was constantly learning new things about the platform and testing out new plugins,therefore BloggingTips was always in a state of evolution.
The success I have had since selling BloggingTips is in part due to making mistakes during that period.
BloggingTips was my first serious blog and I emerged from the sale of the blog with a lot of experience on blogging.
The earlier spike was caused by a BloggingTips article being listed on the popular community Fark.
I should have launched my next blog whilst running BloggingTips, as I could have marketed my new blog to my existing user base.
Perhaps it would have been more successful if BloggingTips was making more money at the time, as I could have hired better designers for the project.
