It is recommended that all patients receiving Caelyx routinely undergo frequent ECG monitoring.
Caelyx is administered intravenously at 20 mg/m2 every two-to-three weeks.

Caelyx is a long-circulating pegylated liposomal formulation of doxorubicin hydrochloride.
