the request for an in-depth study of the problem and we recognize- or I certainly recognize- the impressive bibliography to which Mr Boyes refers in his explanatory statement.
President.- In fairness to Lord O'Hagan, Mr Boyes was rather unkind,
Mr Boyes(S).- I shall vote against the resolution in its present from because it is coun terproductive to the struggle to end the repressive barbaric regime governing South Africa. Apartheid is evil.
