Delete the bracketed words“paragraphs 2 and 3” in all paragraphs.

After discussion, the Working Group agreed to retain the bracketed words at the end of paragraph(2)(b) and to delete the brackets, so that paragraph(2)(b) would, in substance, read:"Take action that would prevent, or refrain from taking action that is likely to cause, current or imminent harm, or to prejudice the arbitral process itself.
Consequently, the Working Group agreed to delete the square bracketed wording in article 8.
