In 2013, our total gross production of natural gas increased by 8.5% to exceed 62 bcm,while our production of liquid hydrocarbons grew by 11.4% to 4.8 mmt, including crude oil production of 755 thousand tons, which increased by 46.
The Samburgskoye field has proved gross gas reserves of 97.8 bcm(NOVATEK's share- 24.9 bcm)and reserves of liquid hydrocarbons of 15.7 mmt(NOVATEK's share- 4.0 mmt), as estimated under SEC reserves methodology at 31 December 2012.
Marketable production of liquid hydrocarbons including the Company's share in production of joint ventures totalled 6 mmt, of which 81% was gas condensate and 19%- crude oil.
As of 31 December 2017, the field was estimated to contain 683 bcm of proved natural gas reserves and 21 mmt of proved liquid hydrocarbon reserves, under the SEC reserves methodology.
