Accordingly, I wish to inform you that the Committee has received the following notifications.

Accordingly, I wish to inform you that the Committee established pursuant to resolution 1132(1997) concerning Sierra Leone received notifications on 9 and 18 June 1998 from the Government of Germany for the export of 20 Volkswagen Iltis vehicles to the police forces of Sierra Leone through the entry point of Queen Elisabeth II Quay, Freetown.
I wish to inform you that the Committee on Conferences has received an additional request from the Executive Board of the United Nations Development Programme and the United Nations Population Fund(UNDP and UNFPA) to hold one meeting in New York during the main part of the sixty-third session of the General Assembly.
I wish to inform you that the Committee on Conferences has received two additional requests, from the United Nations Forum on Forests and the Executive Board of the United Nations Development Programme/United Nations Population Fund, to hold one meeting each in New York during the main part of the sixty-fourth session of the General Assembly.
