Bulgarian nationals who acquire ipso facto the nationality of an Allied or Associated Power in accordance with the provisions of the present Treaty will not be considered as Bulgarian na- tionals within the meaning of this paragraph.
All costs(including maintenance costs)incurred in moving Italian prisoners of war from their respective assembly points as chosen by the Government of the Allied or Associated Power concerned, to the point of their entry into Italian territory, shall be borne by the Italian Government.
Judgments given by the Courts of an Allied or Associated Power in all cases which under the present Treaty they are competent to decide shall be recognised in Bulgaria as final, and shall be enforced without it being necessary to have them declared executory.
Without prejudice to the provisions of the present Treaty, Hungary undertakes not to put Eorward directly orindirectly against any Allied or Associated Power, signatory of the present Treaty, any pecuniary claim based on events which occurred at any time before the coming into force of the present Treaty.
Failing such revision,no Allied or Associated Power can claim after the expiration of the above period of five years the benefit of any of the stipulations in the Articles enumerated above on behalf of any portion of its territories in which reciprocity is not accorded in respect of such stipulations.
Nevertheless, all acts done by virtue of the special measures taken during the war under legislative, executive oradministrative authority of any Allied or Associated Power in regard to the rights of German nationals in industrial, literary or artistic property shall remain in force and shall continue to maintain their full effect.
(f) Whenever a national of an Allied or Associated Power is entitled to property which has been subjected to a measure of transfer in German territory and expresses a desire for its restitution, his claim for compensation in accordance with paragraph(e) shall be satisfied by the restitution of the said property if it still exists in specie.
In the event of the application of the provisions of the preceding paragraph by any Allied or Associated Power, there shall be paid reasonable indemnities or royalties, which shall be dealt with in the same way as other sums due to Austrian nationals are directed to be dealt with by the present Treaty.
Concluded before the war between nationals of the Allied or Associated Powers or persons residing in their territory or carrying on business therein, on the one part, and Bulgarian nationals, on the other part,shall be considered as cancelled as from the date of the existence of a state of war between Bulgaria and the Allied or Associated Power.
Italy waives all claims of any description against the Allied and Associated Powers on behalf of the Italian Government or Italian nationals arising directly out of the war or out of actions taken because of the existence of a state of war in Europe after September 1, 1939, whether ornot the Allied or Associated Power was at war with Italy at the time.
