Blocked senders are domains and people you don't want to receive email messages from.
Check your blocked senders list.
Mail(Blocked Senders Options)- An option added in the"Mail" application, which allows us to block senders. .
Add a sender or domain to the blocked senders list.
To check your blocked senders list, and if necessary remove a sender from the list, follow the instructions below.
Edit a sender or domain in the blocked senders list.
To add a sender to the list, under Blocked Senders List, click in the text box, type an email address or domain, and then click Add.
The options are available in"Settings"→"Mail"→"Blocked Senders Options".

If you want to remove someone from the blocked senders list, follow the instructions below.
Use the Block or Allow tab to manage lists of safe senders, safe recipients, and blocked senders.
Note: For adding email addresses to blocked senders list,please click the Blocked Senders tab.
And then a prompt box will appear to remind you that the selected email address has been added to the Blocked Senders List, and click OK to finish it.
To add a specific sender to the Blocked Senders List, click a message from the sender. .
You can easily block messages from a specific sender by adding the sender's e-mail address ordomain name to the Blocked Senders List.
If you see the sender's address listed under Blocked senders, select their address and then select Remove> Save.
Blocked Senders list You can easily block messages from particular senders by adding their email addresses or domain names to the Blocked Senders List.
If the sender's address isn't in your Blocked senders list, you can add them to your Safe senders list.
End users can configure lists of Safe Senders, whose e-mail should never be treated as spam, and Blocked Senders, whose e-mail should always be treated as spam.
To change a name in the Blocked Senders List, on the Blocked Senders tab, click the name that you want to change, and then click Edit.
Messages received from any email address or domain listed in your blocked senders list are sent directly to your Junk Email folder.
In the Junk E-mail Options dialog box, click Blocked Senders tab, and then click Add button, in the popped out Add address or domain box, type the email address into the text box that you want to block, see screenshot.
And then click OK,the entered sender address will be added to the Blocked Senders List. You can click Add button to continue adding other email addresses.
If the same address appears in both the Blocked Senders List and the Safe Senders List, the Safe Senders List takes precedence, and the address will not be considered unsafe.
If the sender's address isn't in your Blocked senders list, you can add them to Safe senders and domains.
This means that if a sender appears in your Blocked Senders List, then messages from that sender are moved to the Junk E-mail folder on the server, and they are not evaluated by Outlook.
If you see the sender's address listed under Blocked senders and domains, select their address and then select Remove> Save.
