Carriage by air performed by a person other than the contracting carrier.
Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air.
The carriage by air within the meaning of paragraph 1 of this Article comprises the period during which the cargo is in the charge of the carrier.
The carrier is liable for damage occasioned by delay in the carriage by air of passengers, luggage or goods.
The period of the carriage by air does not extend to any carriage by land,by sea or by inland waterway performed outside an airport.
The carrier is liable for damage occasioned by delay in the carriage by air of passengers, baggage or cargo.
In regard to carriage that is partly performed by aircraft andpartly by other means of transport, this chapter applies only to the carriage by air.
Any liability of the Company toward the Passenger arising from a carriage by air is subject to the limitation of liability provided by said Conventions.
