Application of certain provisions of Directive 95/46/EC.
(4) To take account of the lack of specific Union rules applicable to gas transmission lines to and from third countries before the date of entry into force of this Directive, Member States should be able to grant derogations from certain provisions of Directive 2009/73/EC to such gas transmission lines which are completed before the date of entry into force of this Directive. .
Certain provisions of Directive 91/414/EEC should remain applicable during the transitional period.

The European Commission has today formally requested Poland, asking to correctly transpose certain provisions of Directives that lay down quality and safety for human blood(2002/98/EC, 2004/33/EC and 2005/61/EC).
