(a) compensating products to be obtained from equivalent goods;
(e) equivalent goods: Community goods which are used instead of the import goods for the manufacture of compensating products;
(d) compensating products: all products resulting from processing operations;
Equivalent goods are the goods in free circulation andused instead of the import goods for the manufacture of compensating products.
Compensating products shall mean all products resulting from operations for improving the goods;
It will be possible to establish that the compensating products have resulted from processing of the goods exported temporarily.
Equivalent goods shall mean all Bulgarian goods used instead of imported goods for the manufacture of the compensating products;
(b) compensating products obtained from equivalent goods to be exported from the Community before importation of the import goods.
This term shall be determined taking into account the duration of the processing operations and disposing with the compensating products.
(b) where it is considered that it will be possible to establish that the compensating products have resulted from processing of the temporary export goods.
Compensating products obtained from equivalent goods to be exported from the customs territory of the Republic of Bulgaria before importation of the imported goods.
That period shall run from the date of acceptance of the export declaration relating to the compensating products obtained from the corresponding equivalent goods.
(g) the term"compensating products" means the products obtained during or as a result of the manufacturing, processing or repair of the goods temporarily admitted for inward processing;

The customs authorities shall specify the period within which the compensating products must have been exported or re-exported or assigned another customs-approved treatment or use.
The authorization shall be granted if the sale of the exported goods is facilitated without adversely affecting the essential interests of local producers of products identical orsimilar to the imported compensating products.
The cases and conditions under which the goods in unaltered state or compensating products shall be considered to have been placed under regime for importation shall be specified in the Regulations.
(1) The compensating products or goods in unaltered state or parts thereof may be exported temporarily for the purpose of further processing operations outside the customs territory of the Republic of Bulgaria under the terms of the outward processing regime.
(1) Full or partial exemption from import customs duties under Article 153,Paragraph 1 shall be authorised provided the compensating products have been reported for import on behalf of or at the expense or.
Temporary exportation of compensating products carried out as provided for in Article 123(1) shall not be considered to be exportation within the meaning of Article 128 except where such products are not reimported into the Community within the period prescribed.
The use of certain goods defined in accordance with the committee procedure which are not to be found in the compensating products, but which allow or facilitate the production of those products, even if they are entirely or partially used up in the process.
Temporary exportation of compensating products carried out as provided for in Article 127, Paragraph 1, shall not be considered to be exportation within the meaning in Article 131 except where such products are not re-imported in the Republic of Bulgaria within the terms prescribed.
(c) where the inward processing procedure can help create the most favourable conditions for the export or re-export of compensating products, provided that the essential interests of Community producers are not adversely affected(economic conditions).
(1) The holder of the authorization shall be entitled to request theimport duty to be reimbursed or remitted when he provides proof to the customs authorities that the imported goods under the drawback SYSTEM or the compensating products obtained from them are.
The cases in which and the conditions under which goods in the unaltered state or compensating products shall be considered to have been released for free circulation may be determined in accordance with the committee procedure.
SG No. 63/2000 shall be subject to the import customs duties for these products when they are placed under importation and are included in a list attached to the Regulations andif they are in amounts which correspond to the rate of yield of the exported part of the compensating products, not included in that list.
(d) the use of certain goods defined in the Regulations which are not contained in the compensating products but which allow or facilitate their production even if they are entirely or partially used in the manufacturing process;
(d) if in the form of compensating products or goods in the unaltered state, they have undergone customs formalities on export to third countries in order to discharge the inward processing procedure, drawback system, with a view to obtaining repayment or remission of customs duty.
The amount to be deducted pursuant to paragraph 1 shall be calculated on the basis of the quantity and nature of the goods in question on the date of acceptance of the declaration placing them under theoutward processing procedure and on the basis of the other items of charge applicable to them on the date of acceptance of the declaration relating to the release for free circulation of the compensating products.
