И оставихме в наследство на народа, който бе потъпкван, земите и на изток, и на запад, които Ние благословихме. Сбъдна се добрата дума на твоя Господ към синовете на Исраил, защото изтърпяха. И опустошихме онова, което са направили Фараонът и неговият народ, и онова, което са въздигнали.

And( with) Firon, the lord of hosts.
И с Фараона, владетеля на войските.

So Firon turned his back and settled his plan, then came.
И се оттегли Фараонът, и подготви своята хитрина, после пак дойде.

And thus the evil of his deed was made fairseeming to Firon, and he was turned away from the way; and the struggle of Firon was not( to end) in aught but destruction.
Така бе разкрасено за Фараона лошото му деяние и бе отклонен от пътя. Коварството на Фараона винаги бе напразно.

( Firon) said: Did we not bring you up as a child among us, and you tarried among us for( many) years of your life?
Каза[ Фараонът]:“ Не те ли отгледахме сред нас от дете? И не прекара ли сред нас години от живота си?

And Allah sets forth an example to those who believe the wife of Firon when she said: My Lord! build for me a house with Thee in the garden and deliver me from Firon and his doing, and deliver me from the unjust people.

Like the striving of the people of Firon and those before them; they rejected Our communications, so Allah destroyed them on account of their faults;
Подобно на рода на Фараона и на онези преди тях, те взеха за лъжа Нашите знамения, но Аллах ги погуби заради греховете им.

To Firon and his chiefs, but they followed the bidding of Firon, and Firon 's bidding was not right-directing.
При Фараона и знатните му хора. Те следваха повелята на Фараона, а повелята на Фараона не бе разумна.

And( We destroyed) Qaroun and Firon and Haman; and certainly Musa came to them with clear arguments, but they behaved haughtily in the land; yet they could not outstrip( Us).
И Карун, и Фараона, и Хаман… Муса дойде при тях с ясните знаци, но те се възгордяха на земята. Ала не ни убягнаха.

To Firon and Haman and Qaroun, but they said: A lying magician.
При Фараона и Хаман, и Карун, и рекоха те:“ Магьосник-измамник!”.

Like the striving of the people of Firon and those before them; they rejected Our communications, so Allah destroyed them on account of their faults; and Allah is severe in requiting( evil).
Подобно на рода на Фараона и на онези преди тях, те взеха за лъжа Нашите знамения, но Аллах ги погуби заради греховете им. Аллах е строг в наказанието.

From Firon; surely he was haughty,( and) one of the extravagant.
От Фараона. Той бе горделивец от престъпващите.

But Firon disobeyed the apostle, so We laid on him a violent hold.
Но възпротиви се Фараонът на пратеника, и затова силно го сграбчихме.

And Firon followed them with his armies, so there came upon them of the sea that which came upon them.
