Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of.

Member States shall not impede the placing on the market and the putting into service in their territory of vessels which satisfy the requirements of the Directive.
In such cases, national authorities shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of engines complying with the approved type.
Member States shall not impede the placing on the market or putting into service, within their territories, of products which comply with this Regulation and the relevant delegated acts.
Member States shall not, on grounds of the hazards due to pressure, prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market or putting into service of pressure equipment or assemblies which comply with Article 3(3).
( b) to prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of PPE components which do not bear the EC mark, and which are intended to be incorporated in PPE, provided that they are not essential to its satisfactory functioning.
When a Member State has designated a user inspectorate in accordance with the criteria set out in this Article, it may not, on grounds of the hazards due to pressure, prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market or putting into service under the conditions provided for in this Article of pressure equipment or assemblies the conformity of which has been assessed by a user inspectorate designated by another Member State in accordance with the criteria set out in this Article.
Member States shall not impede the placing on the market and putting into service of apparatus which is in accordance with the provisions in Directive 98/13/EC or rules in force in their territory and was placed on the market for the first time before this Directive entered into force or at the latest two years after this Directive entered into force.
When a Member State has designated a user inspectorate in accordance with the requirements set out in Article 25, it may not, on grounds of the risks due to pressure, prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market or putting into service under the conditions provided for in Article 16, of pressure equipment or assemblies the conformity of which has been assessed by a user inspectorate designated by another Member State in accordance with the requirements set out in Article 25.
(17) Member States should not impede the placing on the market and/or putting into use of measuring instruments that carry the"CE" marking and supplementary metrology marking in accordance with the provisions of this Directive.
Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market or putting into service on their territory of lifts and/or safety components which comply with this Directive.
Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market and putting into service in their territory of the products referred to in Article 1(1) bearing the CE marking referred to in Annex IV, which indicates their conformity with all provisions of this Directive, including the conformity procedures set out in Chapter II.
Member States may not prohibit or impede the placing on the market of medicinal products within their territory on grounds connected with labelling or the package leaflet where these comply with the requirements of this Title.
Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of PPE components which do not bear the CE marking and which are intended to be incorporated in PPE, provided that they are not important to its acceptable functioning.
Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of components which, according to the Declaration by the manufacturer or his authorised representative established in the community is intended to be incorporated into a lift covered by this directive.
Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of components which, on the basis of a declaration by the manufacturer or his authorized representative established in the Community, are intended to be incorporated into a lift covered by this Directive.
Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market and putting into service in their territory of apparatus bearing the CE marking referred to in Annex VII, which indicates its conformity with all provisions of this Directive, including the conformity assessment procedures set out in Chapter II.
Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of PPE components which do not bear the EC mark, and which are intended to be incorporated in PPE, provided that they are not essential to its satisfactory functioning.
