Product Parameters Product parameters must be measured using reliable, accurate and reproducible methods that take into account recognised state-of-the-art measurement methods including, where available,harmonised standards adopted by the European standardisation bodies, as listed in Annex I to Directive 98/34/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union.
Operators shall monitor CO2 emissions from all types of combustion processes taking place under all activities as listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC or included in the Union Scheme under Article 24 of that Directive using the tier definitions laid down in this section.
SCOEL identified the possibility of significant uptake through the skin for these oils, assessed that occupational exposure occurs through the dermal route and strongly recommended the establishment of a skin notation andACSH agreed that used engine oils be added to the carcinogenic substances,mixtures and processes listed in Annex I to Directive 2004/37/EC and on the possibility of significant uptake through the skin.
Operators shall monitor CO2 emissions from all types of combustion processes taking place under all activities as listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC or included in the Union Scheme under Article 24 of that Directive including the related scrubbing processes using the rules laid down in this Annex. .
The monitoring and reporting process for an installation or aircraft operator shall include all relevant greenhouse gas emissions from all emission sources and/or source streams belonging to activities carried out at the installation orby an aircraft operator and listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC, as well as from activities and greenhouse gases included by a Member State pursuant to Article 24 of Directive 2003/87/EC.
(5a) Investments to achieve the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from the activities listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community and amending Council Directive 96/61/EC should not be eligible for support from the Cohesion Fund as they already benefit financially from the application of that Directive. .
Consequently, t his exclusion should cover all financial services such as banking, credit, insurance, including reinsurance, occupational or personal pensions, securities, investment funds, payments and investment advice,including the services listed in Annex I to Directive 2006/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006 relating to the taking up and pursuit of the business of credit institutions(4).
