For instance, while the predecessors to the Loan Guarantee Facility initially focused on investment loans, working capital financing has now become common.
The qualitative indicators are largely based on perceptions of participants via interviews and surveys;(c) Erasmus+ introduces many innovations towards administrative simplification for Mobility, although application and reporting processes are still complex;(d)the innovative Student Loan Guarantee Facility has not produced the expected results leading to the Commission reallocating the relevant funds.
