ESMA may develop draft regulatory technical standards to determine the minimum content of the cooperation arrangements referred to in paragraph 1.
In order to ensure consistent harmonisation of this Article,ESMA may  develop draft regulatory technical standards to specify the.

The regulations establishing the ESFS provide that the ESAs may develop draft technical standards in the areas specifically set out in the relevant legislation, to be submitted to the Commission for adoption in accordance with Articles 290 and 291 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union(TFEU) by means of delegated or implementing acts.
In order to ensure consistent harmonisation in relation to this Section,EIOPA may develop draft regulatory technical standards to establish an exhaustive list of information, referred to in Article 59(4), to be included by proposed acquirers in their notification, without prejudice to Article 58(2).
