Samuel 25 Nabal.
Nabal did a foolish thing.
He set out to kill Nabal and all his men.
She was married to a rich butfoolish businessman named Nabal.
Therefore, David wanted to kill Nabal and his people.
He vowed to kill Nabal and all the males who belonged to him.
Abigail was the wife of a rich butfoolish man named Nabal.
David heard in the wilderness that Nabal was shearing his sheep.
Abigail was the wife of a wicked andself-centered man named Nabal.
And David heard in the wilderness that Nabal was shearing his sheep.
Abigail was the wife of a very mean… very wealthy man… named Nabal.
David sent ten of his men to ask Nabal for a contribution of food.
Nabal not only refused David's request but also mocked, ridiculed and insulted David.
In 1 Samuel 25 we find the story of David, Nabal and Abigail.
Nabal did not just deny his request but refused with contempt, attacking David and his men's character.
It happened about ten days after, that Yahweh struck Nabal, so that he died.

When Nabal refused to give assistance to David and his men, they prepared to wipe out Nabal and his entire household.

Now therefore, my lord, as Yahweh lives, and as your soul lives, since Yahweh has withheld you from blood guiltiness, and from avenging yourself with your own hand, now therefore let your enemies, andthose who seek evil to my lord, be as Nabal.
When David's young men came, they spoke to Nabal according to all those words in the name of David, and ceased.
Now therefore, my lord, as the LORD liveth, and as thy soul liveth, seeing the LORD hath withholden thee from coming to shed blood, and from avenging thyself with thine own hand, now let thine enemies, andthey that seek evil to my lord, be as Nabal.
