This Directive aims at minimum harmonisation and shall not prevent Member States from adopting ormaintaining in force provisions designed to grant qualified entities or any other persons concerned other procedural means to bring actions aimed at the protection of the collective interests of consumers at national level.

This Directive aims at minimum harmonisation and shall therefore not prevent Member States from adopting or maintaining in force provisions designed to ensure a higher level of consumer protection andto grant qualified entities or any other persons concerned other, procedural means to bring actions aimed at the protection of the collective interests of consumers at national level than those provided for in the Directive.
It shall contain at least a general description of the envisaged processing operations, an assessment of the risks to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, the measures envisaged to address the risks, safeguards, security measures andmechanisms to ensure the protection of personal data and to demonstrate compliance with this Regulation, taking into account the rights and legitimate interests of data subjects and other persons concerned.
(c) on-board programmes for the prevention of occupational accidents, injuries and diseases and for continuous improvement in occupational safety andhealth protection, involving seafarers' representatives and all other persons concerned in their implementation, taking account of preventive measures, including engineering and design control, substitution of processes and procedures for collective and individual tasks, and the use of personal protective equipment; and.
Provisions for wider action This Directive shall not prevent Member States from adopting ormaintaining in force provisions designed to grant qualified entities and any other person concerned more extensive rights to bring action at national level.
The Chamber or, where appropriate, the President of the Section or a duty judge appointed pursuant to paragraph 4 of this Rule may,at the request of a party or of any other person concerned, or of their own motion, indicate to the parties any interim measure which they consider should be adopted in the interests of the parties or of the proper conduct of the proceedings.
The requested Member State shall carry out the necessary checks to establish, where applicable, humanitarian reasons, particularly of a family or cultural nature, the level of dependency of the person concerned orthe ability and commitment of the other person concerned to provide the assistance desired.
