(13)Only products that fulfil the requirements regarding the composition and maturity of the underlying portfolio as well as the size of the senior andthe subordinated tranches as provided for in this Regulation should enjoy the same regulatory treatment as the regulatory treatment granted to sovereign exposures in terms of capital requirements, concentration limits, and liquidity.
