An agreement on cost sharing usually requires parties to agree on.

First, in order to design and implement evidence-based policies and assess whether they meet the needs of those exposed to violence,lit.a requires Parties to collect disaggregated relevant statistical data at regular intervals on cases of all forms of violence covered by the scope of this Convention.
On the one hand, it requires Parties to ensure that a gender-sensitive interpretation is given to each of the 1951 Convention grounds.
Article 50 of the Montreal Convention requires parties to ensure that air carriers are adequately insured to cover liability under that Convention.
Paragraph 2 requires parties to the convention to take the necessary legislative and other measures to prevent all forms of violence covered by the scope of this convention by any natural or legal person.
In accordance with the obligations imposed by those articles,Article 12 requires Parties to match their action to the seriousness of the offences and lay down sanctions which are“effective, proportionate and dissuasive”.
It requires Parties to refrain from discrimination in the implementation of the provisions of this Convention, whereas paragraph 2 calls on Parties to condemn discrimination in areas beyond the remit of the Convention.
Beyond such recognition, this article requires parties to the convention to actively encourage and support the work of these dedicated NGOs and civil society organisations.

(3a) The Additional Protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on the prevention of terrorism adopted in May 2015 requires parties to that Convention to criminalise participation in an association or group for the purpose of terrorism, receiving training for terrorism, travelling or attempting to travel for terrorist purposes, providing or collecting funds for such travels and organising and facilitating such travels.
Paragraph 1 requires Parties to devise and implement policies which would comprise a multitude of measures to be taken by different actors and agencies and which, taken as a whole, offer a holistic response to violence against women.
On the other hand, paragraph 2 requires Parties to allow for the possibility of granting refugee status should it be established that the persecution feared is for one of these grounds.
This provision requires Parties to encourage that the training referred to in paragraph 1 also includes training on coordinated multi-agency co-operation, complementing in this way the obligations laid down in Article 7 of this Convention.
(3) The Convention on Biological Diversity requires Parties to integrate as far as possible and as appropriate the conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity into relevant sectoral or cross-sectoral plans and programmes.
Secondly, it requires Parties to encourage the private sector, the ICT sector, and the media, to set guidelines and self-regulatory standards to enhance respect for the dignity of women and thus contribute to preventing violence against them.
Convention on diversity biological requires parties to integrate as far as possible and as appropriate the conservation and sustainable use on biological diversity, in the relevant sectors and plans and sectoral programmes.
The UNCRPD requires parties to the Convention to take all appropriate steps, in accordance with international law, to ensure that laws protecting intellectual property rights do not constitute an unreasonable or discriminatory barrier to.
(15) Article 50 of the Montreal Convention requires parties to ensure that air carriers are adequately insured and it is necessary to take account of Article 7 of Council Regulation(EEC) No 2407/92 of 23 July 1992 on licensing of air carriers(6) in complying with this provision.
First, it requires Parties to the Convention to encourage the private sector, the information and communication technology sector(hereafter ICT sector), and the media, to participate not only in the development of local, regional or national policies and efforts to prevent violence against women, but also to take part in their implementation.
(7) Article 4(1) of the Protocol requires Parties that agree to fulfil their commitments under Article 3 of the Protocol jointly to set out the respective emission level allocated to each of the Parties to the agreement in that agreement.
