(d)(i) The repositioning of masthead lights on vessels of less than 150 meters in length, resulting from the prescriptions of Section 3(a)of Annex I to these regulations, permanent exemption.
If the sheet is of plastic-covered cloth, and is made up of several pieces,the pieces may alternatively be welded together in the manner shown in sketch No. 3 appended to these Regulations.
In accordance with Rule 20(e)(Application), shapes specified in these Rules shall comply with the provisions of Annex 1 to these Regulations.
(iii) the light used for this signal shall, if fitted, be an all-round white light, visible at a minimum range of 5 miles, andshall comply with the provisions of Annex I to these Regulations.
