Imajući u vidu potrebnu kadrovsku i logističku opremljenost za staranjem ovim područjem, dat je predlog da se za upravljača progalsi JP" Srbijašume". Za učesnike skupe prezentaciju studije zaštite održao je stručni saradnik Zavoda Bratislav Grubač.

Besides the Institute, the educational program of the Belgrade eco association has traditionally been supported by the Belgrade City Administration- Secretariat for Environmental Protection, PE"Srbijašume", local self-government authorities and other professional and scientific organizations that were aware of the importance of educating young people on nature conservation. The aim of this study program is to provide students with the theoretical and practical training and knowledge, ability and skills for individual and team work required for engineering jobs in the field of forestry in public companies(Srbijašume and Vojvodinašume), scientific and research organizations(institutes) national parks, the Nature conservation institute, inspection services and educational institutions(faculties, high-schools and primary schools).
Циљ нашег студијског програма је да студенти кроз теоријску и практичну наставу стекну знања, способност и вештину да буду оспособљени за индивидуалан и тимски рад који подразумева послове инжењера у области шумарства у јавним предузећима( Србијашуме и Војводинашуме), научно-истраживачким организацијама( институтима), националним парковима, заводима за заштиту природе, инспекцијским службама и образовним установама( факултетима, средњим и основним школама).

Sastanku su pored stručnjaka Ministarstva( Vedran Verleković i dr Marijana Vidaković) i Zavoda( mr Sava Simić i mr Predrag Lazarević) prisustvovali i predstavnici opštine Negotin, JP" Srbijašume" i MZ" Vratna". Javna rasprava povodom proglašenja zaštite za Specijalni rezervat prirode" Jerma", održana je 26. decembra u Pirotu.
