We initiated your creation, then We gave you each a shape, and then We said to the angels:'Prostrate before Adam.' They all prostrated except Iblis: he was not one of those who fell Prostrate.
நிச்சயமாக நாமே உங்களைப் படைத்தோம்; பின்பு உங்களுக்கு உருக்கொடுத்தோம். அதன்பின்," ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜுது செய்யுங்கள்( சிரம் பணியுங்கள்)" என்று மலக்குகளிடம் கூறினோம்; இப்லீஸைத் தவிர( மற்ற மலக்குகள்) யாவரும்( அவருக்குத்) தலைவணக்கம் செய்தார்கள்; அவன்( மட்டும்) தலைவணக்கம் செய்தவர்களில் ஒருவனாக இருக்கவ் இல்லை.

When We said to the angels,"Prostrate yourselves to Adam", they prostrated themselves, but not Iblis: he refused.
நீங்கள் ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் வானவர்களிடம் கூறிய போது, இப்லீஸை தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள். அவன்( அவ்வாறு செய்யாது) விலகிக் கொண்டான்.

And assuredly We created you, thereafter We fashioned you, and thereafter We said to the angels: prostrate yourselves before Adam; then they fell prostrate; not so Iblis: he was not of those who fell prostrate.
நிச்சயமாக நாமே உங்களைப் படைத்தோம்; பின்பு உங்களுக்கு உருக்கொடுத்தோம். அதன்பின்," ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜுது செய்யுங்கள்( சிரம் பணியுங்கள்)" என்று மலக்குகளிடம் கூறினோம்; இப்லீஸைத் தவிர( மற்ற மலக்குகள்) யாவரும்( அவருக்குத்) தலைவணக்கம் செய்தார்கள்; அவன்( மட்டும்) தலைவணக்கம் செய்தவர்களில் ஒருவனாக இருக்கவ் இல்லை.

When We said to the angels,"Prostrate yourselves before Adam," they all prostrated themselves, except for Satan, who refused.
நீங்கள் ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் வானவர்களிடம் கூறிய போது, இப்லீஸை தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள். அவன்( அவ்வாறு செய்யாது) விலகிக் கொண்டான்.

நிச்சயமாக நாமே உங்களைப் படைத்தோம்; பின்பு உங்களுக்கு உருக்கொடுத்தோம். அதன்பின்," ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜுது செய்யுங்கள்( சிரம் பணியுங்கள்)" என்று மலக்குகளிடம் கூறினோம்; இப்லீஸைத் தவிர( மற்ற மலக்குகள்) யாவரும்( அவருக்குத்) தலைவணக்கம் செய்தார்கள்; அவன்( மட்டும்) தலைவணக்கம் செய்தவர்களில் ஒருவனாக இருக்கவ் இல்லை.

And when We said to the angels,'Bow yourselves to Adam'; so they bowed themselves, save Iblis; he refused.
நீங்கள் ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் வானவர்களிடம் கூறிய போது, இப்லீஸை தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள். அவன்( அவ்வாறு செய்யாது) விலகிக் கொண்டான்.

When We said to the angels,"Bow down before Adam," they all bowed except for Iblis[Satan]. He refused and acted proudly and became an unbeliever.
பின்னர் நாம் மலக்குகளை நோக்கி," ஆதமுக்குப்பணி( ந்து ஸுஜூது செய் )யுங்கள்" என்று சொன்னபோது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர மற்ற அனைவரும் சிரம் பணிந்தனர்;அவன்( இப்லீஸு) மறுத்தான்; ஆணவம் உம் கொண்டான்; இன்னும் அவன் காஃபிர்களைச் சார்ந்தவனாகி விட்டான்.

And We said to the angels,“Bow down to Adam.” They bowed down, except for Satan. He refused, was arrogant, and was one of the disbelievers.

நிச்சயமாக நாமே உங்களைப் படைத்தோம்; பின்பு உங்களுக்கு உருக்கொடுத்தோம். அதன்பின்," ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜுது செய்யுங்கள்( சிரம் பணியுங்கள்)" என்று மலக்குகளிடம் கூறினோம்; இப்லீஸைத் தவிர( மற்ற மலக்குகள்) யாவரும்( அவருக்குத்) தலைவணக்கம் செய்தார்கள்; அவன்( மட்டும்) தலைவணக்கம் செய்தவர்களில் ஒருவனாக இருக்கவ் இல்லை.

When We said to the angels:"Bow before Adam in adoration," they all bowed but Iblis. He was one of the jinni and rebelled against his Lord's command. And yet you take him and his offspring as your friends instead of Me, even though they are your enemies. How sad a substitute for the evil-doers!
ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் மலக்குகளிடத்தில் கூறியதை( நபியே!) நினைவு கூர்வீராக அப்போது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள்; அவன்( இப்லீஸ்) ஜின் இனத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவனாக இருந்தான்; அவன் தன் இறைவனுடைய கட்டளையை மீறி விட்டான்; ஆகவே நீங்கள் என்னையன்றி அவனையும் அவன் சந்ததியாரையும்( உங்களைப்) பாதுகாப்பவர்கள் ஆக எடுத்துக் கொள்வீர்களா? அவர்களோ உங்களுக்குப் பகைவர்கள் ஆக இருக்கிறர்கள்; அக்கிரமக்காரர்கள்( இவ்வாறு) மாற்றிக் கொண்டது மிகவும் கெட்டதாகும்!

நிச்சயமாக நாமே உங்களைப் படைத்தோம்; பின்பு உங்களுக்கு உருக்கொடுத்தோம். அதன்பின்," ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜுது செய்யுங்கள்( சிரம் பணியுங்கள்)" என்று மலக்குகளிடம் கூறினோம்; இப்லீஸைத் தவிர( மற்ற மலக்குகள்) யாவரும்( அவருக்குத்) தலைவணக்கம் செய்தார்கள்; அவன்( மட்டும்) தலைவணக்கம் செய்தவர்களில் ஒருவனாக இருக்கவ் இல்லை.

We said to the angels,“Bow down to Adam.” So they bowed down, except for Satan. He was of the jinn, and he defied the command of his Lord. Will you take him and his offspring as lords instead of Me, when they are an enemy to you? Evil is the exchange for the wrongdoers.
ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் மலக்குகளிடத்தில் கூறியதை( நபியே!) நினைவு கூர்வீராக அப்போது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள்; அவன்( இப்லீஸ்) ஜின் இனத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவனாக இருந்தான்; அவன் தன் இறைவனுடைய கட்டளையை மீறி விட்டான்; ஆகவே நீங்கள் என்னையன்றி அவனையும் அவன் சந்ததியாரையும்( உங்களைப்) பாதுகாப்பவர்கள் ஆக எடுத்துக் கொள்வீர்களா? அவர்களோ உங்களுக்குப் பகைவர்கள் ஆக இருக்கிறர்கள்; அக்கிரமக்காரர்கள்( இவ்வாறு) மாற்றிக் கொண்டது மிகவும் கெட்டதாகும்.

And[mention] when We said to the angels,"Prostrate to Adam," and they prostrated, except for Iblees.
அன்றியும்," ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் மலக்குகளிடத்தில் கூறியதை( நபியே!) நினைவு கூர்வீராக அப்போது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள்;

And when We said to the angels,‘Prostrate before Adam,' they prostrated, but not Iblis: he refused and acted arrogantly, and he was one of the faithless.
பின்னர் நாம் மலக்குகளை நோக்கி," ஆதமுக்குப்பணி( ந்து ஸுஜூது செய் )யுங்கள்" என்று சொன்னபோது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர மற்ற அனைவரும் சிரம் பணிந்தனர்;அவன்( இப்லீஸு) மறுத்தான்; ஆணவம் உம் கொண்டான்; இன்னும் அவன் காஃபிர்களைச் சார்ந்தவனாகி விட்டான்.

And[mention] when We said to the angels,"Prostrate to Adam," and they prostrated, except Iblees; he refused.
நீங்கள் ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் வானவர்களிடம் கூறிய போது, இப்லீஸை தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள். அவன்( அவ்வாறு செய்யாது) விலகிக் கொண்டான்.

And when We said to the angels: Make obeisance to Adam they did obeisance, but Iblis(did it not). He refused and he was proud, and he was one of the unbelievers.
பின்னர் நாம் மலக்குகளை நோக்கி," ஆதமுக்குப்பணி( ந்து ஸுஜூது செய் )யுங்கள்" என்று சொன்னபோது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர மற்ற அனைவரும் சிரம் பணிந்தனர்;அவன்( இப்லீஸு) மறுத்தான்; ஆணவம் உம் கொண்டான்; இன்னும் அவன் காஃபிர்களைச் சார்ந்தவனாகி விட்டான்.

And recall what time We said to the angels: prostrate yourselves before Adam. They fell prostrate, but Iblis did not; he refused.
நீங்கள் ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் வானவர்களிடம் கூறிய போது, இப்லீஸை தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள். அவன்( அவ்வாறு செய்யாது) விலகிக் கொண்டான்.

And when We said to the angels,'Bow yourselves to Adam'; so they bowed themselves, save Iblis; he refused, and waxed proud, and so he became one of the unbelievers.
பின்னர் நாம் மலக்குகளை நோக்கி," ஆதமுக்குப்பணி( ந்து ஸுஜூது செய் )யுங்கள்" என்று சொன்னபோது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர மற்ற அனைவரும் சிரம் பணிந்தனர்;அவன்( இப்லீஸு) மறுத்தான்; ஆணவம் உம் கொண்டான்; இன்னும் அவன் காஃபிர்களைச் சார்ந்தவனாகி விட்டான்.

And when We said to the angels,“Bow down to Adam.” They bowed down, except for Satan; he refused.
நீங்கள் ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் வானவர்களிடம் கூறிய போது, இப்லீஸை தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள். அவன்( அவ்வாறு செய்யாது) விலகிக் கொண்டான்.

And when We said to the angels: Make obeisance to Adam, they made obeisance, but Iblis(did it not); he refused.

And[mention] when We said to the angels,"Prostrate before Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers.
பின்னர் நாம் மலக்குகளை நோக்கி," ஆதமுக்குப்பணி( ந்து ஸுஜூது செய் )யுங்கள்" என்று சொன்னபோது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர மற்ற அனைவரும் சிரம் பணிந்தனர்;அவன்( இப்லீஸு) மறுத்தான்; ஆணவம் உம் கொண்டான்; இன்னும் அவன் காஃபிர்களைச் சார்ந்தவனாகி விட்டான்.

And when We said to the angels:'Prostrate(to Me) yourselves towards Adam,' they all prostrated themselves except iblis(satan, father of the jinn), who, in his pride refused and became an unbeliever.
பின்னர் நாம் மலக்குகளை நோக்கி," ஆதமுக்குப்பணி( ந்து ஸுஜூது செய் )யுங்கள்" என்று சொன்னபோது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர மற்ற அனைவரும் சிரம் பணிந்தனர்;அவன்( இப்லீஸு) மறுத்தான்; ஆணவம் உம் கொண்டான்; இன்னும் அவன் காஃபிர்களைச் சார்ந்தவனாகி விட்டான்.

And(remember) when We said to the angels:"Prostrate yourselves before Adam.". And they prostrated except Iblis(Satan), he refused and was proud and was one of the disbelievers(disobedient to Allah).
பின்னர் நாம் மலக்குகளை நோக்கி," ஆதமுக்குப்பணி( ந்து ஸுஜூது செய் )யுங்கள்" என்று சொன்னபோது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர மற்ற அனைவரும் சிரம் பணிந்தனர்;அவன்( இப்லீஸு) மறுத்தான்; ஆணவம் உம் கொண்டான்; இன்னும் அவன் காஃபிர்களைச் சார்ந்தவனாகி விட்டான்.

Behold! We said to the angels,"Bow down to Adam": They bowed down except Iblis. He was one of the Jinns, and he broke the Command of his Lord. Will ye then take him and his progeny as protectors rather than Me? And they are enemies to you! Evil would be the exchange for the wrong-doers!
ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் மலக்குகளிடத்தில் கூறியதை( நபியே!) நினைவு கூர்வீராக அப்போது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள்; அவன்( இப்லீஸ்) ஜின் இனத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவனாக இருந்தான்; அவன் தன் இறைவனுடைய கட்டளையை மீறி விட்டான்; ஆகவே நீங்கள் என்னையன்றி அவனையும் அவன் சந்ததியாரையும்( உங்களைப்) பாதுகாப்பவர்கள் ஆக எடுத்துக் கொள்வீர்களா? அவர்களோ உங்களுக்குப் பகைவர்கள் ஆக இருக்கிறர்கள்; அக்கிரமக்காரர்கள்( இவ்வாறு) மாற்றிக் கொண்டது மிகவும் கெட்டதாகும்!

And recall when We said to the angels:"Prostrate yourselves before Adam"; all of them fell prostrate, except Iblis. He was of the jinn and so disobeyed the command of his Lord. Will you, then, take him and his progeny as your guardians rather than Me although they are your open enemies? What an evil substitute are these wrong-doers taking!
அன்றியும்," ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் மலக்குகளிடத்தில் கூறியதை( நபியே!) நினைவு கூர்வீராக அப்போது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள்; அவன்( இப்லீஸ்) ஜின் இனத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவனாக இருந்தான்; அவன் தன் இறைவனுடைய கட்டளையை மீறி விட்டான்; ஆகவே நீங்கள் என்னையன்றி அவனையும் அவன் சந்ததியாரையும்( உங்களைப்) பாதுகாப்பவர்கள் ஆக எடுத்துக் கொள்வீர்களா? அவர்களோ உங்களுக்குப் பகைவர்கள் ஆக இருக்கிறர்கள்; அக்கிரமக்காரர்கள்( இவ்வாறு) மாற்றிக் கொண்டது மிகவும் கெட்டதாகும்!

And when We said to the angels,'Bow yourselves to Adam'; so they bowed themselves, save Iblis; he was one of the jinn, and committed ungodliness against his Lord's command. What, and do you take him and his seed to be your friends, apart from Me, and they an enemy to you? How evil is that exchange for the evildoers!
அன்றியும்," ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் மலக்குகளிடத்தில் கூறியதை( நபியே!) நினைவு கூர்வீராக அப்போது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள்; அவன்( இப்லீஸ்) ஜின் இனத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவனாக இருந்தான்; அவன் தன் இறைவனுடைய கட்டளையை மீறி விட்டான்; ஆகவே நீங்கள் என்னையன்றி அவனையும் அவன் சந்ததியாரையும்( உங்களைப்) பாதுகாப்பவர்கள் ஆக எடுத்துக் கொள்வீர்களா? அவர்களோ உங்களுக்குப் பகைவர்கள் ஆக இருக்கிறர்கள்; அக்கிரமக்காரர்கள்( இவ்வாறு) மாற்றிக் கொண்டது மிகவும் கெட்டதாகும்!

And(remember) when We said to the angels;"Prostrate to Adam." So they prostrated except Iblis(Satan). He was one of the jinns; he disobeyed the Command of his Lord. Will you then take him(Iblis) and his offspring as protectors and helpers rather than Me while they are enemies to you? What an evil is the exchange for the Zalimunpolytheists, and wrong-doers.
அன்றியும்," ஆதமுக்கு ஸுஜூது செய்யுங்கள்" என்று நாம் மலக்குகளிடத்தில் கூறியதை( நபியே!) நினைவு கூர்வீராக அப்போது இப்லீஸைத்தவிர, அவர்கள் ஸுஜூது செய்தார்கள்; அவன்( இப்லீஸ்) ஜின் இனத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவனாக இருந்தான்; அவன் தன் இறைவனுடைய கட்டளையை மீறி விட்டான்; ஆகவே நீங்கள் என்னையன்றி அவனையும் அவன் சந்ததியாரையும்( உங்களைப்) பாதுகாப்பவர்கள் ஆக எடுத்துக் கொள்வீர்களா? அவர்களோ உங்களுக்குப் பகைவர்கள் ஆக இருக்கிறர்கள்; அக்கிரமக்காரர்கள்( இவ்வாறு) மாற்றிக் கொண்டது மிகவும் கெட்டதாகும்.
