Procedural order claims in the instalment.
On 3 August 1998, the Panel issued a procedural order relating to the claims.
This procedural order was transmitted to the claimants, through their Governments, and to the Government of Iraq.
Accordingly, this claim was removed from the thirtieth instalment in Procedural Order No. 2 and returned to the" D" Panels.
Number of procedural order claims in the instalment.
All responses to the requests for information and documentation and to Procedural Order No. 2 have been considered by the Panel.
In its response to Procedural Order 1, Iraq asserted that it had returned various books to Kuwait.
Secondly, and in order to ascertain whether there may be any other claim for the fuel oil concerned,the Panel issued Procedural Order No. 54 in June 2001.
In its response to Procedural Order 49 issued in June 2001, MoD stated that this option had never been exercised.
As set out in the eighteenth instalment report, part one, there were 623 claims in theeighteenth instalment at the time of its submission to the Panel(the" procedural order claims").

In its response to Procedural Order 1 issued in respect of this claim, Iraq states that 18 of the names on the list of 625 were, in fact," repeated names"./.
In its response to Procedural Order 16, the Government of Kuwait submitted information relating to the activities of the London office.
The Panel sought, by Procedural Order 4, which it issued on 6 November 1998, information as to the revenue earned by the Council in fiscal years 1986-1995.
In its response to Procedural Order No. 52, Iraq argued that the amounts claimed in other“F3” claims were overstated and therefore were not awarded in full by the Commission.
