The authorities of Germany have indicated to the Commission that,on preliminary examination, the dossier appears to satisfy the data and information requirements of Annex II to the Directive.
The dossier satisfies the data and information requirements set out in Annex III to the Directive in respect of one plant-protection product containing QRD 133 WP(Bacillus subtilis strain QST 713), taking into account the uses proposed.
The authorities of Germany and the Netherlands have indicated to the Commission that, on preliminary examination,the dossiers for the active substances concerned appear to satisfy the data and information requirements of Annex II to Directive 91/414/EC.
The dossiers also satisfy the data and information requirements set out in Annex III to Directive 91/414/EEC in respect of one plant protection product containing the active substance, taking into account the uses proposed.
Commission Decision 98/676/EC(3) confirmed that, on preliminary examination, the dossier was complete in the sense that it couldbe considered as satisfying, in principle, the data and information requirements of Annex II and Annex III to Directive 91/414/EEC.
It should be formally confirmed that the dossiers are considered as satisfying in principle the data and information requirements provided for in Annex IIand, for at least one plant protection product containing the active substance concerned, the requirements of Annex III to Directive 91/414/EC.
The Dutch authorities and the authorities of the United Kingdom have indicated to the Commission that,on preliminary examination, the dossiers for the active substances concerned appear to satisfy the data and information requirements of Annex II to Directive 91/414/EC.
By this Decision it should be formally confirmed at Community level that the dossiers are considered as satisfying in principle the data and information requirements provided for in Annex IIand, for at least one plant protection product containing the active substance concerned, the requirements of Annex III to Directive 91/414/EEC.
The authorities of the Portugal, Belgium and the United Kingdom have indicated to the Commission that,on preliminary examination, the dossiers for the active substances concerned appear to satisfy the data and information requirements of Annex II to Directive 91/414/EEC.
The said authorities indicated to the Commission that, on preliminary examination,the dossier appears to satisfy the data and information requirements of Annex II to the Directive. Further, they believe that the dossier contains data and information required by Annex III to the Directive in respect of at least one plant-protection product containing the active substances concerned.
The authorities of France, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom have indicated to the Commission that,on preliminary examination, the dossiers for the active substances concerned appear to satisfy the data and information requirements of Annex II to Directive 91/414/EC.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 6(3) of the Directive Commission Decision 97/164/EC(3) concluded that the dossier submitted for flupyrsulfuron-methylcould be considered as satisfying, in principle, the data and information requirements of Annex II,and for a plant protection product containing this active substance, of Annex III to the Directive.
In accordance with Article 6( 2) of Directive 91/414/EEC, Ireland received on 30 March 1998 an application from Bayer AG for the inclusion of the active substance iprovalicarb in Annex I to the Directive. By Commission Decision 98/512/EC( 3) it was confirmed that the dossier was" complete" in the sense that it couldbe considered as satisfying, in principle, the data and information requirements laid down in Annexes II and III to Directive 91/414/EEC.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 6(3) of the Directive the Commission confirmed in its Decision 98/242/EC(3) that the dossier submitted for azafenidincould be considered as satisfying, in principle, the data and information requirements of Annex II and for a plant protection product containing this active substance, of Annex III to the Directive.
In accordance with Article 6( 2) of Directive 91/414/EEC, the United Kingdom received on 28 April 1997 an application from BASF for the inclusion of the active substance cinidon-ethyl in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC. Commission Decision 98/398/EC( 3) confirmed that the dossier was" complete" in the sense that it couldbe considered as satisfying, in principle, the data and information requirements laid down in Annexes II and III to Directive 91/414/EEC.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 6(3) of the Directive the Commission confirmed in its Decision 98/398/EC(3) that the dossier submitted for KBR 2738(fenhexamid)could be considered as satisfying, in principle, the data and information requirements of Annex IIand for a plant protection product containing this active substance, of Annex III to the Directive.
In accordance with Article 6( 2) of Directive 91/414/EEC France received on 2 December 1997 an application from Cyanamid NV/ SA( now BASF AG) for the inclusion of the active substance imazamox in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC. Commission Decision 1998/676/EC( 3) confirmed that the dossier was" complete" in the sense that it couldbe considered as satisfying, in principle, the data and information requirements of Annexes II and III to Directive 91/414/EEC.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 6(3) of the Directive, the Commission confirmed in its Decision 97/164/EC(3) that the dossier submitted for Paecilomyces fumosoroseus(Apopka strain 97, PFR 97 or CG 170, ATCC20874)could be considered as satisfying, in principle, the data and information requirements of Annex IIand, for a plant protection product containing this active substance, of Annex III to the Directive.
