I believe, Commissioner,there is only one major problem, namely Article 14.
Finally, we should not hesitate to use an instrument we have at our disposal, namely Article 7, in cases where a Member State or a Member State government fails to comply with EU principles.
I should also tell you that we have another instrument, namely Article 86.
The fact that it is founded on a single legal basis, namely Article 95 of the Treaty establishing the European Community, means that the functioning of the common market could be disrupted, which is an alarming prospect.

For example, a legal basis for the financial aid has been chosen which prevents Parliament from becoming involved, namely Article 1222.
