The Filipino people cannot allow foreign imperialist powers to make use of the Philippines as a base for its interventionism against other independent countries," added the CPP.
Hindi mapapayagan ng sambayanang Pilipino ang mga dayuhang imperyalistang kapangyarihan na gamitin ang Pilipinas na base para sa interbensyunismo laban sa mga nagsasariling bansa," dagdag ng PKP.

In the face of all this, declarations of the Aquino government calling for a peaceful resolution of the South China Sea disputes are mere rhetoric," added the CPP.
Sa harap ng lahat ng ito, magiging retoriko na lamang ang anumang deklarasyon ng gubyernong Aquino sa pananawagan ng isang mapayapang resolusyon sa kaguluhan sa South China Sea," dagdag ng PKP.

Aquino is also become increasingly isolated from the people amidst exposés of excessive bonuses paid to Aquino-appointed officials of government corporations, especially in the SSS, GSIS, Philhealth and MWSS," added the CPP.

If the GPH is really no longer interested in the NDFP-GPH peace negotiations, it should formally send correspondence indicating their decision to terminate the NDFPH-GPH peace negotiations," added the CPP.
Kung hindi na talaga interesado ang GPH sa negosasyong pangkapayapaan ng NDFP-GPH, dapat pormal itong nagpadala ng komunikasyon na naglalaman ng kanilang desisyon na itinitigil na ang usapang pangkapayapaan ng NDFP-GPH," dagdag ng PKP.

The presence of armed soldiers inside Hacienda Luisita brings to mind the bloody massacre on November 16, 2004 of 14 peasants and their supporters when AFP soldiers opened fire against the striking workers," added the CPP.

Prior to yesterday's Senate hearing, Aquino visited the families of the slain police troops where he was seen showing the text messages in his cellphone making it appear that official correspondences on the matter were done through those text messages," added the CPP.

In line with the US-designed Oplan Bayanihan, it throws a monkey-wrench on the peace process by violating previous agreements on human rights and security guarantees, making the situation for NDFP negotiators and consultants untenable," added the CPP.
Sigun sa dinisenyo ng US na Oplan Bayanihan, dinidistrungka nito ang prosesong pangkapayapaan sa pamamagitan ng paglabag sa mga naunang kasunduan hinggil sa mga karapatang-tao at mga garantiya sa seguridad, na naglalagay sa mga negosyador at konsultant ng NDFP sa alanganin," dagdag ng PKP.

The Filipino people remain vigilant against the maneuvers to amend the 1987 constitution to make it more compliant with the conditions set by the US imperialists for Philippine membership in the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement," added the CPP.

Aquino is set to become the narrowest target of mass protests as the people increasingly see through the thin veil of his media-centered PR gimmicks and outright lies perpetuated by the yellow army of media and survey manipulators," added the CPP.

By collecting information on both Binay and Roxas, as well as all other government officials and politicians, the US is out to take hold of every and all pieces of information it can use to make the Philippine government pliable to US policy," added the CPP.
Sa pamamagitan ng pangangalap ng impormasyon kay Binay at Roxas, maging sa lahat ng iba pang upisyal ng gubyerno at mga pulitiko, nais hawakan at kunin ng US ang lahat ng impormasyon na magagamit nito upang pasunurin ang gubyerno ng Pilipinas sa patakaran ng US," dagdag ng PKP.

In light of the recent bellicose statements of the GPH effectively terminating the NDFP-GPH peace negotiations, the CPP and the NDFP awaits a formal notification from the GPH terminating the formal peace negotiations," added the CPP.
Sa kabila ng mapandigmang mga pahayag kamakailan ng GPH na epektibong kumikitil na sa negosasyong pangkapayapaan ng NDFP-GPH, naghihintay pa rin ang PKP at NDFP ng isang pormal na paabot mula sa GPH para sa pagwawakas ng pormal na negosasyong pangkapayapaan," dagdag ng PKP.

Let Ka Roger's lifestory serve as a model and inspiration for the current generation of Filipino youth who are confronted with the same problems that have compelled the toiling masses of workers and peasants to wage mass struggle and armed resistance," added the CPP.

The people's democratic government through the National Democratic Front(NDF) is exerting efforts to course funds through revolutionary mass organizations in order to jump start production, even as the peasant masses demand the cancellation of usurious debts," added the CPP.
Nagsisikap ang demokratikong gubyernong bayan sa pamamagitan ng National Democratic Front( NDF) na maglaan ng pondo sa mga rebolusyonaryong organisasyong masa upang pagsimulan ng produksyon, habang iginigiit ng masang magsasaka ang kanselasyon ng mga utang na may mataas na tubo," dagdag ng PKP.

It is just for the Hacienda Luisita peasants and farm workers to firmly reject the sugar block farms scheme that will merely subject them to the continuing dominance and monopoly control of the Aquinos and Cojuangcos over the hacienda land and sugar cane production," added the CPP.
Makatarungan lamang para sa mga magsasaka at manggagawang bukid ng Hacienda Luisita na matatag na itakwil ang pakanang sugar block farms na ibayong lamang maglulubog sa kanila sa patuloy pangingibabaw at monopolyong kontrol ng mga Aquino at Cojuangco sa lupain ng asyenda at sa produksyon ng tubo," dagdag ng PKP.

Over the next two years, Aquino's armed forces would carry out the arrest and detention of several other NDFP consultants including Renante Gamara and Jaime Soledad, and adamantly refuse to release at least a dozen other consultants including Eduardo Serrano and Eduardo Sarmiento," added the CPP.

To muzzle the guns of the NPA is to surrender the schools, the clinics, the farms and the peace which the peasant masses have established through their new democratic government that has been built on the people's collective strength," added the CPP.

Abuses of human rights against the people are worst in areas where the AFP conducts its Oplan Bayanihan operations, mostly in rural hinterlands, where foreign big mining, logging and plantation operations seek to rob and plunder the land from the peasants and minority peoples," added the CPP.

What is doubly insulting is that the US, in maintaining custody, transferred Pemberton yesterday to a US facility inside the main headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines(AFP) where not even the AFP chief of staff can check on him without seeking permission from US authorities," added the CPP.
Ang lalo pang nakaiinsulto ay ang paglilipat kay Pemberton, na nasa kustodiya ng US, sa isang pasilidad ng US sa loob ng punong himpilan ng Armed Forces of the Philippines( AFP), na kahit ang chief of staff ng AFP ay hindi man lamang makapag-iinspeksyon nang walang pahintulot mula sa awtoridad ng US," dagdag ng PKP.

By actively supporting the US military buildup in the Asia-Pacific and allowing it to use the Philippines as a platform for US naval operations in the region, the Aquino government has made the peaceful resolution of the South China Sea disputes more difficult to attain," added the CPP.
Sa pamamagitan ng aktibong pagsuporta sa pagpapalaki ng militar ng US sa Asia-Pacific at sa pagpapahintulot nitong gamitin ang Pilipinas bilang lunsaran para sa nabal na operasyon ng US sa rehiyon, mas pinahihirapan ng gubyernong Aquino ang pagkakamit ng mapayapang resolusyon sa kaguluhan sa South China Sea," dagdag ng PKP.

Aquino is misleading the people and drawing their attention away from the fact that with the VFA(and the EDCA), thousands upon thousands of US soldiers imbibed with the US' arrogant sense of entitlement and US military machismo are allowed to descend on Philippine soil and trample on Philippine sovereignty with impunity," added the CPP.
Nililinlang ni Aquino ang mamamayan at inililigaw ang kanilang atensyon sa katotohanang dahil sa VFA( at sa EDCA), libu-libong sundalong US na taglay ang aroganteng diwa ng karapatan at machismo ng militar ng US ang pinahihintulutang makatuntong sa Pilipinas at walang-habas na lapastanganin ang soberanya ng Pilipinas," dagdag ng PKP.

Far from being desperate, the NPA enjoys the boundless support of the revolutionary masses who not only provide their army with material support, but actively engage in both unarmed and armed resistance to fight the exploitative and oppressive system and its armed protectors in the reactionary armed forces and police," added the CPP.
Malayo sa pagiging desperado, tinatamasa ng BHB ang walang patid na suporta ng rebolusyonaryong masa na hindi lamang nagbibigay ng materyal na suporta sa kanilang hukbo, kundi aktibong sumasabak kapwa sa armado at di armadong paglaban upang labanan ang mapagsamantala at mapang-aping sistema at ang mga armadong protektor nito sa reaksyunaryong armadong pwersa at pulisya," dagdag ng PKP.

The people of Zamboanga and the Filipino people demand that Aquino and the AFP be made responsible for the violations of international humanitarian law, abuses of human rights and the vast destruction in private and public property in the course of waging the all-out armed siege against the MNLF," added the CPP.
Iginigiit ng mamamayan ng Zamboanga at ng sambayanang Pilipino na dapat managot si Aquino at ang AFP sa mga paglabag sa internasyunal na makataong batas, sa mga pang-aabuso sa mga karapatang-tao at sa malawakang pagkasira ng mga ari-ariang pribado at publiko sa proseso ng paglulunsad ng todo-todong armadong pagkubkob laban sa MNLF," dagdag ng PKP.

If the US government were really interested in providing assistance to countries who have suffered from calamities, then it should increase its funds to civilian agencies that deal in disaster response and emergency relief, not in fattening its international military forces and taking advantage of the people's miseries to justify their presence," added the CPP.
Kung talagang interesado ang gubyernong US sa pagbibigay ng tulong sa mga bansa na dumanas ng mga kalamidad, dapat nitong palakihin ang pondo nito sa mga ahensyang sibilyan na tumutugon sa mga sakuna at pangkagipitang relief, hindi ang pagpapalaki ng internasyunal na pwersang militar nito at sa pagsamantala sa pagdarahop ng mamamayan para bigyang-matwid ang kanilang presensya," dagdag ng PKP.
