Directive 80/217/EEC, as amended by the acts listed in Annex VII, Part A, are hereby repealed as from 1 July 2002, subject to the transitional provisions laid down in Article 29 andwithout prejudice to the obligation of the Member States concerning the deadlines for transposition of the said Directives set out in Annex VII, Part B.
This Directive should not affect the obligations of the Member States concerning the deadlines for transposition of the Directives set out in Part B of Annex VII.
The Directives listed in Annex I, Part A,are hereby repealed without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States concerning the deadlines for transposition of the said Directive set out in Annex I, Part B.
Whereas this Directive must not affect the obligations of the Member States concerning the deadlines for transposition and application of the Directives set out in Annex VIII, part B.
The Directives listed in Annex III, Part A are hereby repealed as from the date indicated in Article 11,without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States concerning the deadlines for transposition and implementation set out in Annex III, Part B.
Whereas the adoption of this Directive should not affect the obligations of the Member States concerning the deadlines for transposition into national law and for application of the Directives indicated in Annex VIII;
Directive 96/92/EC shall be repealed from 1 July 2004 without prejudice to the obligations of Member States concerning the deadlines for transposition and application of the said Directive.
The Directives listed in Part A of Annex VIII are hereby repealed,without prejudice to the obligation of the Member States concerning the deadlines for transposition into national law and for application of the Directives indicated in Part B of Annex VIII.
In the light of the foregoing, it is necessary, for reasons of clarity, to repeal and replace Directive 92/3/Euratom.This Directive must not prejudice the obligations of the Member States concerning the deadlines for transposition into national law and application of the repealed Directive.
