Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of dangerous preparations which satisfy the requirements of this Directive.
We are not liable for the failure of any equipment or software howsoever caused, wherever located or administered, or whether under our direct control or not,that may prevent the operation of the Services, impede the placing of offers for bets or the matching of bets, or prevent you from being able to contact us.
However, Member States may not prohibit or impede the placing on the market of footwear conforming to the requirements of this Directive, in accordance with Article 3.
Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of fittings as referred to in Article 1 accompanied by a certificate as referred to in Article 8(4).
(1) Whereas Article 30 of Council Directive 67/548/EEC of 27 June 1967 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances(4),provides that Member States may not prohibit, restrict or impede the placing on the market of substances which comply with that Directive;
In such a case, national authorities shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of engines complying with the approved type.
Member States should not impede the placing on the market and/or putting into use of measuring instruments that carry the‘CE' marking and supplementary metrology marking in accordance with the provisions of this Directive.
Member States shall not, on grounds of the hazards due to pressure, prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market or putting into service of pressure equipment or assemblies which comply with Article 3(3).
Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market and putting into service in their territory of equipment, protective systems, or devices referred to in Article 1(2) which comply with this Directive.
Without prejudice to Article 23, Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of GMOs, as or in products, which comply with the requirements of this Directive.
Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market in their territory of refrigeration appliances which bear the'CE' marking attesting to their conformity with all the provisions of this Directive.
On grounds relating to the classification, labelling or packaging of substances and mixtures within the meaning of this Regulation, Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of substances or mixtures which comply with this Regulation and, where appropriate, with Community acts adopted in implementation of this Regulation.
Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of components which, accompanied by a certificate of conformity as referred to in Article 8(3), are intended to be incorporated into equipment or protective systems within the meaning of this Directive.
On grounds relating to the classification, labelling or packaging of substances and mixtures within the meaning of this Regulation, Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of substances or mixtures which comply with this Regulation and, where appropriate, with Community acts adopted in implementation of this Regulation.
(17) Member States should not impede the placing on the market and/or putting into use of measuring instruments that carry the"CE" marking and supplementary metrology marking in accordance with the provisions of this Directive.
On grounds relating to the classification, labelling or packaging of substances and mixtures within the meaning of this Regulation, Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of substances or mixtures which comply with this Regulation and, where appropriate, with Community acts adopted in implementation of this Regulation.
Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of substances which comply with the requirements of this Directive, on grounds relating to notification, classification, packaging or labelling within the meaning of this Directive.
Without prejudice to the provisions set out in other Community legislation, Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of preparations because of their classification, packaging, labelling or safety data sheets if such preparations comply with the provisions laid down in this Directive.
No Member States shall prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market or putting into service on its territory of transportable pressure equipment referred to in Article 1(2)(b) which complies with this Directive and bears the relevant mark provided for in Article 10(1).
Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market and/or putting into service in their territory of machinery which complies with this Directive.
Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of components which, on the basis of a declaration by the manufacturer or his authorized representative established in the Community, are intended to be incorporated into a lift covered by this Directive.
Without prejudice to other relevant Community provisions, Member States shall not prohibit or impede the placing on the market of footwear which complies with the labelling requirements of this Directive, by the application of unharmonized national provisions governing the labelling of certain types of footwear or of footwear in general.
Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market in their territory of ballasts, either as a single component or incorporated in luminaires, which bear the"CE" marking attesting to their conformity with the provisions of this Directive.
Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market and putting into service in their territory of machinery and safety components which comply with this Directive.
Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market or putting into service on their territory of lifts and/or safety components which comply with this Directive.
Member States may not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market and the putting into service of appliances which satisfy the essential requirements of this Directive.
Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of engines on grounds related to aspects of their construction and functioning covered by this Regulation, if they satisfy its requirements.
Members States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market of detergents, and/or of surfactants for detergents, which comply with the requirements of this Regulation, on grounds that are dealt with in this Regulation.
Member States shall not prohibit,restrict or impede the placing on the market or putting into service, within their territories, of energy-related products which comply with this Regulation and its relevant delegated acts.
