In order to verify the consistency of the data notified by the Member States in relation to the expenditure or other information provided for in this Regulation, and to ensure compliance with the obligation to notify pursuant to Article 8, the Commission shall adopt by delegated act in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 42a the conditions governing the reduction and suspension of payment to Member States, with regard to expenditure under the EAGF and the EAFRD respectively.
