The Working Group, based on the information it received, which has not been contested by the Government, observes that the five Malaysian students who remain in detention- Muhammad Radzi bin Abdul Razak,Mohd Akil bin Abdul Raof, Eddy Erman bin Shahime, Abi Dzar bin Jaafar and Mohd Ikhwan Abdullah- were detained in Pakistan and deported to Malaysia, where they are kept in detention without trial.
The Erman Papyrus(P. Berlin 3027) is an ancient Egyptian medical papyrus.[1] Fifteen columns of the papyrus are preserved, nine on the recto and six on the verso.[2] The papyrus dates to around 1600 BC at the end of the Second Intermediate Period.

Kurt Heinrich Sethe(30 September 1869- 6 July 1934) was a noted German Egyptologist and philologist from Berlin.He was a student of Adolf Erman. Sethe collected numerous texts from Egypt during his visits there and edited the Urkunden des ægyptischen Altertums which is a standard catalogue of Ancient Egyptian literature and text.
The papyrus was given to the Egyptian Museum of Berlin in 1886,and was first published in 1901 by Adolf Erman.[1] It is mostly concerned with childbirth and the health of infants, containing two prescriptions for unknown childhood diseases and a number of magical incantations for childbirth and the protection of infants.[4].
With regard to Muhammad Radzi bin Abdul Razak, Mohd Akil bin Abdul Raof, Eddy Erman bin Shahime, Abi Dzar bin Jaafar and Mohd Ikhwan Abdullah, their deprivation of liberty is arbitrary, being in contravention of articles 9, 10 and 11 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and falls within category III of the categories applicable to the consideration of cases submitted to the Working Group.
