Article 17: Protection against arbitrary or illegal interference.

وأضاف قائلاً إنه بعد هذا الحكم الذي لا لبس فيه تشكِّل أية محاولة لإحياءمناقشة المسألة انتهاكاً جسيماً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة وتدخلاً غير مشروع في الشؤون الداخلية لدولة عضو ذات سيادة، يمكن أن تترتب عليهما عواقب سياسية خطيرة
