Intermediaries shall publicly disclose prices, fees and any other charges separately for each service referred to in this chapter.

Member States shall ensure a regular dialogue between representative users' and rightholders' organisations, and any other relevant stakeholder organisations, to, on a sector-specific basis, foster the relevance and usability of the licensing mechanisms referred to in Article 7(1),ensure the effectiveness of the safeguards for rightholders referred to in this Chapter, notably as regards publicity measures, and, where applicable, assist in the establishment of the requirements referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 72.
Taking into account the information gathered as referred to in this Chapter, the European Commission shall submit every two years a report to the European Parliament, the Council, the Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee on labour mobility within the Union and the services provided to workers to facilitate the exercise of the freedom of movement in accordance with Article 46 TFEU.
