In the Assign Macro dialog box, please click the New button.
Then right click the rectangle and select Assign Macro from the right-clicking menu.
In the popping up Assign Macro dialog, select setQR in the box and then click the OK button.

Then the Assign Macro dialog box pops up, select one macro you want to assign to this built button, and click OK button.
Draw a button in your worksheet, then an Assign Macro dialog box pops up, please click StartBlink in the Macro name box, and then click the OK button.
In the Assign Macro dialog box, click SelectAll_Click option in the Macro name list box, and then click OK button to close this dialog, see screenshot.
