On the day of the official opening of conciliation between the Council andthe European Parliament regarding the draft Regulation on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases and the draft Directive on emissions from air conditioning systems in motor vehicles(yesterday), both institutions succeeded in reaching agreement in the Conciliation Committee.
