Mr President, first let me congratulate Mr Eppink on the detailed work he has done on this report.
NL I should like to say to Mr Eppink that, between 2000 and 2009, we did make sure that Ford remained open in Belgium, that Volkswagen stayed open and that the Audi 1 is going to be manufactured there, and that this was achieved through a reduction in costs: labour costs, through shift work.
FR Mr President, all I would say in response to Mr Eppink is that this is not an electoral platform.
