ANNUAL REPORT ON PHARE, TURKEY PRE-ACCESSION, CARDS AND TRANSITION FACILITY.
This report covers the final year of the Transition facility programme for the new Member States.
The three accredited ImplementingAgencies14 are managing the Phare 2006 and the Transition Facility.
