Perfectae Caritatis, the Decree on the Adaptation and Renewal of Religious Life, is one of the shorter documents issued by the Second Vatican Council.
In fact, we are baptized and confirmed with a view to the Eucharist(cf. The Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1322;Sacramentum Caritatis, 17).
