സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, പിശാചിന്‍റെ കാല്‍പാടുകള്‍ പിന്‍പറ്റരുത്‌. വല്ലവനും പിശാചിന്‍റെ കാല്‍പാടുകള്‍ പിന്‍പറ്റുന്ന പക്ഷം തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവന്‍( പിശാച്‌) കല്‍പിക്കുന്നത് നീചവൃത്തിയും ദുരാചാരവും ചെയ്യാനായിരിക്കും. നിങ്ങളുടെ മേല്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ അനുഗ്രഹവും കാരുണ്യവും ഇല്ലാതിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ നിങ്ങളില്‍ ഒരാളും ഒരിക്കലും പരിശുദ്ധി പ്രാപിക്കുകയില്ലായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ, അല്ലാഹു താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് പരിശുദ്ധി നല്‍കുന്നു. അല്ലാഹു എല്ലാം കേള്‍ക്കുന്നവനും അറിയുന്നവനുമത്രെ.

O People who Believe! Do not follow the footsteps of the devil; and whoever follows the footsteps of the devil- so he will only bid the indecent and the evil; and were it not for Allah's munificence and His mercy upon you, none of you would ever become pure- but Allah purifies whomever He wills; and Allah is All Hearing, All Knowing.
