Export levies fixed by tendering procedure.

The object of this Regulation is to lay down special detailed rules for the application of export levies or special export levies on:- beet sugar
Whereas pursuant to Commission Regulation(EEC) No 561/80 of 5 March 1980 on a standing invitation to tender in order to determine levies and/or refunds on exports of white sugar(5), export levies may also be fixed in advance;
laying down common detailed rules for the application of the export levies and charges on agricultural products;

exemption from export levies shall apply only in respect of such component or components.
